Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering, accessing or using any part of the ada99 platform, you hereby confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions contained in this document, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional guidelines we issue from time to time.

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and ada99 as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately.

User Eligibility

To use the ada99 platform, you must cumulatively meet the following requirements:

• Aged 21 and above on the date of account registration
• A Malaysian citizen or permanent resident who is legally eligible to use online gambling services
• Not listed on any self-exclusion list or prohibition list enforced by any relevant regulatory body
• Not registering or using an account on behalf of any third party
• Not using funds obtained from unlawful activities to make any deposit into an ada99 account

Account Registration and Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one registered account on the ada99 platform. Registering more than one account by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers or payment methods, is considered a serious violation of these terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information, including your full name as it appears on your identity card (MyKad), date of birth, an active email address and a valid mobile number. This information is required for identity verification and withdrawal processing purposes.

• Your username and password must be kept confidential and must not be shared with anyone
• You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place through your account
• Any suspicious activity must be reported to the ada99 support team immediately
• Changes to personal information can be updated through the account settings section or by contacting customer support

Deposits and Withdrawals

ada99 accepts deposits via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is RM20.

For withdrawals, the minimum amount that can be processed is RM50. Withdrawals are typically completed within 1 hour after the request is approved, subject to identity verification having been fully completed. The withdrawal method must match the method used for the deposit, for anti-money laundering purposes.

All transactions are subject to ongoing review and verification to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering policies. ada99 reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request that raises security or compliance concerns.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

ada99 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered users. The welcome bonus offered to new members is 100% of the first deposit, up to a maximum of RM1,000. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus value before a withdrawal can be made.

As a calculated example: if you deposit RM100 and receive a bonus of RM100, your balance becomes RM200, and the wagering requirement to be met is RM100 × 25 = RM2,500. If you deposit RM2,200, the maximum bonus of RM1,000 is awarded, the balance becomes RM3,200, and the wagering requirement is RM1,000 × 25 = RM25,000.

• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per user
• Bonuses may not be used on games excluded from wagering requirements
• Attempts to abuse bonuses through multiple accounts or other fraudulent methods will result in bonus cancellation and account closure
• ada99 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion with reasonable notice
• Our VIP programme offers weekly cashback from Bronze level (up to 0.2%) to Diamond level (up to 1.0%), subject to the respective eligibility requirements

User Responsibilities and Prohibited Activities

As a user of the ada99 platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities, which are considered serious violations of these terms:

• Using automation software, bots or any unauthorised tools to manipulate game outcomes
• Colluding with other players to manipulate games in a way that is harmful to other players or to the platform
• Depositing funds from unlawful sources or engaging in any form of money laundering
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any stage of use
• Attempting to hack, breach or disrupt the security systems of the ada99 platform
• Disclosing any system vulnerability with malicious intent without first reporting it to us

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of account balance and bonus balance, and appropriate legal action.

Account Suspension and Closure

ada99 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions
• Confirmation that the user is under 21 years of age
• Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe
• Suspicious activity potentially involving fraud or money laundering
• A request from the user to close their own account

If an account is closed for reasons other than a violation, any valid remaining balance may be reclaimed through the customer support channel within the specified period. For closures due to a violation, ada99 reserves the right to forfeit the entire balance including any outstanding bonus funds.

Responsible Gambling

ada99 is committed to responsible gambling practices. We provide a range of tools to help users maintain control over their gambling habits, including options to set deposit limits, loss limits, session limits and temporary cool-off periods.

Users who feel that gambling has affected their personal life, finances or relationships are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tools available on the platform. Self-exclusion can be applied for a set period or permanently.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ada99 platform, including but not limited to designs, graphics, text, logos, software and databases, is the exclusive property of ada99 or our respective licensors. This content is protected under applicable international copyright laws.

Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, reproduce, republish or use any content from this platform for commercial purposes without first obtaining written consent from ada99. Use for non-commercial personal purposes is permitted provided the source is clearly stated.

Limitation of Liability

ada99 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability or continued availability of this platform. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform.

ada99's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the value of the transaction that gave rise to the claim in question. Users agree to waive claims against ada99 for any losses arising from gambling decisions made on this platform.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

ada99 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any amendments made will take effect immediately upon publication on this website, unless stated otherwise.

It is the user's responsibility to review this document periodically to ensure they remain compliant with the latest version of the terms in force. Continued use of the platform after amended terms are published will be considered as the user's acceptance of those amended terms.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where ada99 holds its licence. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation is unsuccessful, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate arbitration procedure.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, only that provision will be removed, while all other provisions of these terms will continue in full force and effect.
